Information coming from Somalia becomes more reliable if opposing sides report, or more reliable sites report; cases where this is not the case, one ought to suspend judgment until more information becomes available.  I have evidence information not reported correctly, some omitted, others reported and so on.

Puntland region did not experience insecurities for a while, but there is reported general lack of freedoms, people, as told to former Somali Prime Minster, in a recent paper circulated in the internet, people are not able to have lunches together and discuss about their politics and public affairs.  This is important, when are busy in politics, they have less apatite to use violence to advance their political agenda.
