1-       Kenyan army has been accused of setting fire on Suuq Mugdi, a market place,  Garissa, Kenya, VOA reporter in Garissa, Mohamed Farah Shire; even though, Kenyan Military spokesperson has denied these charges, according to AP.

2-     Farah Moalim has also accused the army of committing wide range of abuses, including rape of women, even though Moalim was quite unsure of these phenomena.

 

3-      In any case, defense minister of Kenya has admitted abuses committed by the army, and is said to have promised a heavy answer.
4- If found guilty of allegations labeled against them, we encourage the Kenyan government to punish them, to stop such abuses in the future.
